First, physical properties:

1.PVC film is a white powder with an amorphous structure and is non-crystalline.

2. Rigid PVC has good tensile, bending, compressive and impact resistance, and can be used as structural materials.

3. The softness, elongation at break and cold resistance of soft PVC will increase, but the brittleness, hardness and tensile strength will decrease.

Second, chemical stability:

1.PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids, and is not easy to be corroded by acids and alkalis.

2. It can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and is not suitable for occasions where it is in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Third, weather resistance and aging resistance:

PVC film has good weather resistance and anti-aging properties, which can protect products from ultraviolet rays and atmospheric aging.

Four, electrical insulation:

PVC has excellent dielectric properties and can be used as a low-frequency insulation material.

Fifth, chemical corrosion resistance:

PVC is insoluble in water, alcohol, gasoline, and is quite stable to salts, but it can be dissolved in organic solvents such as ethers, ketones, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.
